If you are looking for a location change to follow your studio booking our unique location sits right downtown with the perfect city street scenery, a quiet and quaint mill pond behind our building, and a secluded beach and nature park less than a mile down the road.
* The studio rental room has no natural light, we do have studio lighting as an add on if you don’t have your own lighting.

Unlike traditional natural light studios, our lighting remains consistent throughout the day, regardless of weather or time.
This upgrade gives photographers more control, reliability, and flexibility while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic.

Our Blank Canvas rental is ideal for those who need a clean, private, and professional space without added equipment. Perfect for creators who bring their own lighting setup or don’t require it at all, this option gives you a versatile studio to make your vision come to life.

Studio Luxe includes full access to the space plus premium studio lighting to help you create polished, high-quality imagery with ease. Perfect for those who want a professional edge without hauling gear.
